¡Hola! I'm Andee, and I'm thrilled to be your guide on the path to mindful wellness and movement. With a background in both Psychology (M.S.) with a focus on Mindfulness and Wellness, and Spanish Literature (M.A.), my mission is to empower women, especially those navigating the joys and challenges of motherhood.

As a mother myself, I intimately understand the demands of balancing a career, family, and personal growth. My journey has led me to develop a unique approach that seamlessly weaves together mindfulness, Pilates, and a celebration of diverse cultures.

Originating from Romania, my passion for exploring different cultures is deeply ingrained. Combined with my fluency in Spanish, I've created a space that's not only bilingual but also rich in cultural diversity.

I have always been an active person and worked out my whole life. I started experiencing back problems a few years ago and that has stopped me from doing the training that I used to do. Once I started doing Pilates with Andee and doing her seasonal oriented workouts, my body has completely changed and I have been able to return to my usual training routine as well.
